Yes — listing your business and being findable on Yanga is free forever. Customers can find you, click-to-call you, and save your contact card without you paying us anything. You only pay if you want extras like anonymous chat relay (Silver+), AI auto-reply (Gold+), or a higher search ranking.
When a customer messages a business through Yanga, neither side sees the other's WhatsApp number. We sit in the middle and relay messages tagged with a Lead ID. The customer can choose to share their number ("share my number") at any point. The business can save the customer to its contacts only after the customer shares.
A link is a deliberate opt-in between a customer and a business — usually created when the customer scans the business's printed QR or types link to <business-name>. Linked businesses show up higher in that customer's future searches. Either side can break the link any time.

Groups are noisy and break privacy — your number is visible to everyone, anyone can spam, and finding an old recommendation means scrolling forever. Yanga is one-to-one between you and the bot, your number stays private, and the directory remembers what's in your area so you don't have to ask the group every time.
Monthly plans (Gold / Diamond) cancel at the end of the current billing period. Yearly plans run until the renewal date — your listing stays live, but extras (relay / AI / boost) drop after 90 days unpaid. We won't charge you again without an explicit renewal.
